Being equipped with the ability to have the product treated by many kinds of chemical additives/surfactant has enabled us to manufacturer sophisticated products such as hydrophilic, antistatic and flame retardant nonwovens.

Possibilities are still widely open to combine nonwovens with film, paper and other textile materials to make a composite, which would be a higher value product.

By utilizing Japanese technology, which is state of the art and has sophisticated control systems, we are able to have a high speed spinning process and make very fine filaments down to 1 dpf.

Our product, which has a maximum width of 3200 mm and a basic weight ranging from 12 gsm up to 150 gsm, will meet the requirements for many applications.

The capability to process different kinds of polymers such as polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), recycled polyester bottles, nylon and biodegradable polymers (PLA) has provided vast possibilities in the nonwoven market. PT. Multi Spunindo Jaya is ready to cater to all innovations in the spunbond nonwovens market.

The whole manufacturing process makes our product a fabric like material, which has outstanding properties such as:
